Handmade knives don't come cheap and, in my opinion, if your paying that sort of money for one you want something a bit special. This is why I prefer to use the handle material that I do as opposed to say micarta for example. You wont see any 2 of my knives the same, they're all individual which makes them unique
My knives are made to be put to work, not sat in a drawer which is why I put a 350 grit finish on them and not a mirror polish finish. I guarantee that they will not let you down
